Della Dastur is a passionate and dedicated Computer Science educator and department chair at Spring Education with more than 10 years of experience teaching programming, computational thinking, and digital design. She is committed to inspiring the next generation of innovators, mentoring students in competitive computer science, and supporting educators through professional development and curriculum leadership.
Della earned a Bachelor of Mathematics with a specialization in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Science in Financial Analysis from the University of San Francisco. Prior to her career in education, she worked as a quantitative analyst at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and as a software engineer at Calypso Technology.
Della also serves as a Teacher Leader for the Beauty and Joy of Computing professional development team. She has presented multiple times at SIGCSE and taught Stanford University’s flagship introductory Python course, CS106A.

Hello everyone! I’m thrilled to be your Head TA this semester. My name is Nahee, and I’m a Senior majoring in Data Science. I also worked as a co-instructor for the BJC Summer Computer Science Academy and have led two BJC workshops. Like many of you, I first discovered computer science through CS10 and fell in love with it from there. I made some of my best friends in the class and created precious memories along the way. Outside of class, I love dressing up, going on long night walks, and making caffeinated drinks at home. Feel free to talk to me about anything - school, life, pets, people, coffee, and more. Hello! My name is Jordan, and I’m a Senior studying EECS. I’m excited to be a Tutor for CS10 and introduce students to the wonderful world of CS! I’m also heavily involved in CSM! Outside of academics, I love playing guitar, listening to new music, and drinking coffee/matcha. Hope to see y’all in OH/labs!
